PIERCING BOOKING

BOOK AN APPOINTMENT HERE

Must be 18 years or older to get a piercing without parent or guardian. Please read our Minors section before booking for anyone under the age of 18.

  • A government issued photo ID will be needed at the time of the appointment. This can be a state-issued ID card, learner’s permit, driver’s license, passport, or military ID.

  • Understand that piercings can take months to heal and you must follow a strict aftercare routine to ensure proper healing. Please read our Piercing Aftercare page before booking to see what you’re getting into.

  • Some piercings are anatomy depending, and may not be possible on everyone. We do offer consultation services to determine what is possible based on your anatomy before booking a piercing service.

  • Basic starter jewelry is included in the price of the piercing.

We only use internally-threaded, high-polished titanium piercing jewelry for your starter jewelry. High quality and properly fitted jewelry is important to healing your piercing without irritation or migration. Your starter jewelry will typically start out longer to accommodate for swelling, and need to replaced with shorter jewelry in the following weeks.

The jewelry type and size you start out with will be based on your anatomy and piercing type. Many piercings cannot be started with a hoop, since the curvature of the ring pull the edges of the fresh piercing, causing irritation. Your piercer will show you what jewelry will meet your needs before your piercing service.

We do offer consultation and curation services to help you envision your new and healed piercing setup. Discussing your end goals for your piercings with your piercer before the procedure will help you achieve those goals.

MINORS

    • Anyone receiving a piercing under the age of 18 must have their parent or legal guardian accompany them for the entire procedure.

    • A birth certificate for the minor must be provided at the time of appointment, along with a government issued photo ID for the parent or legal guardian accompanying the minor. The name of the parent or legal guardian must match the name on the birth certificate.

    • If the minor is accompanied by a legal guardian who is not listed on the birth certificate, a supplemental document showing proof of guardianship must be provided.

  • 5 years or older for lobes

14 years or older for most other ear piercings

16 years or older for naval and most facial piercing piercings

18 years or older for all other piercings

All age requirements are case by case, depending on maturity and anatomy. All piercings must be wanted by the client. We will not pierce anyone against their will.

  • GROWING BODIES. A piercing is an unnatural item in the body and it does not always grow with the body. A septum piercing on a growing 13 year old might not sit properly once they’re 18, causing migration or rejection. It’s important to consider the anatomy case by case and understand the future of the piercing in the body.

MATURITY LEVEL. Piercings can take months to heal and you must follow a strict aftercare routine, including not playing with the piercing, to ensure proper healing. Lack of proper healing can cause irritation and infection. A minor who receives a piercing must be mature enough to handle the aftercare of the piercing. Please read our Piercing Aftercare page before booking to see what you’re getting into.
